The paper has been retracted due to an overlap with a previously published paper by the authors, entitled “Stochastic energy procurement of large electricity consumer considering photovoltaic, wind-turbine, micro-turbines, energy storage system in the presence of demand response program,” Energy Conversion and Management, October 2015, 103, (1), pp. 1008-1018.
