A new set of 136 binary sequences of length 16 applied to reducing the peak-to-mean envelope power ratio of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing systems is reported. A non-systematic encoder is developed. This set of sequences can be used with the existing 384 binary Golay sequences of 16. The resultant set will consists of 512 sequences, an integer power of 2, which expedite implementation.
