A pseudo surface acoustic wave (PSAW) two-port synchronous resonator on (−74°)YX cut quartz was designed, fabricated and measured. It was found that for the proper resonator structure at a frequency of 163.3 MHz, insertion loss changes were below 1 dB in the temperature range from −20 to 80°C, and the temperature stability of frequency is about five times better than that of the ST cut.
