A new push-pull analogue buffer for the integrated data driver circuit of polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs) is proposed. The proposed push-pull analogue buffer is composed of a complementary source follower output stage, a capacitor, and three analogue switches. It has high immunity to the variation of poly-Si TFT characteristics and low power consumption.
