Performance of 21 different low-complexity RS-CC concatenated codes have been studied to find out the codes for which the coding gain is maximum and the range of coderates over which large coding gain is achievable. Though high-speed implementation of all the 21 codes is feasible with low complexity, some of the codes may not find application because of their poor performance.
