A circuit for online solving of linear programming problems is presented. The circuit uses switched-capacitor techniques and is thus suitable for monolithic implementation. The connection of the proposed circuit to analogue neural networks is also outlined.

Inspec keywords: neural nets; linear programming; switched capacitor networks; analogue computer circuits

Other keywords: monolithic implementation; linear programming; neural networks; analogue circuits; online solving; switched-capacitor techniques

Subjects: Other analogue circuits; Optimisation techniques; Active filters and other active networks; Analogue and hybrid computers and systems; Optimisation techniques
