access icon free Car-level co-location detection on trains for infectious disease epidemic monitoring

On the brink of an infectious disease epidemic, contact tracing must be precisely focused on those most likely to have made contacts with the confirmed cases. This explores if the tracing can be made fine-grained enough for train riders, so that those sharing the same car are identified as higher priority contact tracing targets, over those on different cars.
