Nowadays many research works are going towards the coordination of Cloud computing and Internet of Things along these lines making a Cloud of Things (CoT). The Cloud of Things (CoT) has more research openings for the researchers. The Cloud of Things (CoT) features are required for medical industries to save energy and secure the network in the form of Cloud of Medical Things [CoMT]. The CoT integrates the cloud computing’s ‘everything as a service’ concept and IoT’s ‘connect all things’ principle via the internet. The resources management is the essential task in the Cloud of Medical Things [CoMT]. The proposed work mainly covers three factors such as resource Co-allocation, Security and energy efficiency. The aim of the proposed work to Co-allocate the medical devices with more secure and energy efficiently. Here medical devices are considered as a resource in Cloud computing’s resource management techniques. The Cloud of Medical Things [CoMT] connects the medical devices in the cloud. This proposed work is very useful for doctors, lab technicians, patients and researchers. The proposed work has a high Security provided in the form of the cloud security features and IoT features. The Resource co-allocation is a process to allocate the multiple cloud resources to the multiple end devices or medical devices. The proposed work is optimized with the help of a huge number of Quality of Service factors and intelligent algorithms. It will be implemented in the local area network using simulation tools. The result of the proposed work will prove the energy efficiency, high level security and optimized resource Co-allocation in the Cloud network.
