Cloud computing is friendly expertise that cover the entire world over several resources and applications. Now the world became a smart world through cloud computing services. But the modern education system has a limited service and it should be improved with cloud technologies. In education system, Academic advising process is essential task for students and advisors. Today, many of the University’s academic advising services are running manually with help of academic advisor. So many chances to make mistake in advising services from the advisor. The proposed framework is use to create the cloud service through web portal for Academic Advising as a Service (AaaS) using education cloud. It is an automatic process with high accuracy and maximum number of Quality of Service (QoS) factors. The academics advising cloud service is working based on education cloud, advisor-based Resource Management Technique and topological sorting techniques. Advisor based Resource Management Technique has course choice, course equalizing, course observing, course planning and course co-allocation. The understudies are exceptionally hard to reach the course completion at the right time due to the wrong advising. The proposed framework is implemented in CloudSim simulator through making of AaaS algorithms. The proposed online academic advising framework is essential tool to the advisors and Students. The proposed work provides a smart service for students with less cost and least time.
