Dynamic stress in hydraulic pipes is an important cause of fatigue damage in the pressure piping system, damage to hydraulic system is ultimately reflected in stress levels, therefore, it is necessary to measure the dynamic stress in the actual operating conditions by test and evaluate the fatigue life. The on-line dynamic stress test of hydraulic pipeline system of a certain model is carried out, the measured data are obtained by the test, the fatigue hazard method is analyzed by the rain flow counting method, and finally the fatigue life analysis of the pipeline system is carried out by the Miner linear fatigue accumulation injury theory.
