Because of its advantages of small pollution, long life, high energy density and low self discharge rate, lithium-ion batteries are widely used in the fields of robots and electric vehicles. However, the low temperature conditions have a significant impact on the battery capacity and cycle life of lithium-ion batteries, which greatly limits the promotion and application of lithium-ion batteries to the high latitude and cold areas in the north, and becomes a constraint The key technology of robot and electric vehicle development. In view of the application problems faced by lithium-ion batteries at low temperature, extensive research and technical research have been carried out, and a technical scheme of low-temperature lithium-ion battery's rewarming, which combines the external graphene rewarming PET film technology, internal discharge circuit heating and polyurethane foam insulation design, has been put forward, effectively solving the technical bottleneck.
