At present, the valve-controlled cylinder system is widely used in airborne system. But due to the serious throttle loss at the valve port, the system has large heat output and low efficiency. The pump-controlled system can effectively avoid this problem, which has the advantages of simple circuit and convenient control. However, because the pump-controlled unsymmetrical cylinder technology is not mature, it cannot be widely used in the airborne system. In this paper, a series three windows unsymmetrical valve plate structure was designed to solve the key problem of pump-controlled unsymmetrical cylinder system, the different flow between two chambers of an unsymmetrical cylinder. According to the designed valve plate, a simulation model of pump-controlled unsymmetrical cylinder system was built for simulation analysis. The results showed that the valve plate structure could be used to realize the closed pump-controlled unsymmetrical cylinder system, which simplifies the hydraulic circuit greatly. The study provides a new idea for the realization of pump-controlled unsymmetrical cylinder in airborne system, and it can be used as a guide for the design of serial three windows valve plate.
