Theoretically, the influence factors of the static stiffness of linear electromechanical actuator are analyzed. The theoretical analysis shows that the ball screw and angular contact ball bearings will cause the actuator stiffness to show nonlinear characteristics under low load, and the calculation formula of the actuator static stiffness is given. Through the experimental tests, the static stiffness of linear electromechanical actuator is measured accurately. The test results show that the stiffness value of the actuator in the low load section is low and nonlinear, and the stiffness in the high load section is linear, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
