The performance of the new generation aircraft is more superior, which will inevitably result in a substantial increase in installed power. The need for high power installations will increase the weight of the aircraft. It is necessary to optimize the aircraft's energy management strategy to meet the performance requirements of the new generation of aircraft. Aiming to the optimal use of energy by the aircraft secondary energy system, this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy based on double-layer control algorithm. The coordinated control strategy is applied to realize the rational use of hydraulic and electrical energy to meet different load requirements, and adapt to a variety of combat tasks. The aircraft secondary energy system is established. It is used to simulating the aircraft's mission that Matlab/Simulink and AMESim, which verifies the effectiveness of the cooperative control strategy. It is beneficial to reduce the aircraft's installed power and aircraft weight, and achieve aircraft energy optimization.
