The electro-hydraulic servomechanism is one of the essential parts in the modern flight control system. To shorten the pressure build-up time of the electro-hydraulic servomechanism at low-temperature and low-pressure so as to improve the working stability, this paper has represented several modification methods. One type of electro-hydraulic servomechanism and its parts have been modelled with ANSYS and AMESim in this paper. Based on the theoretical calculation and models, the modification methods have been simulated and verified. Physical verification tests have also been implemented based on the simulation models. The tests results have shown that the pressure build-up time of the servomechanism has been shortened effectively and the stability of the system has been enhanced.
