With more and more abundant MCU hardware resources, more and more diverse program functions, combined with arm and FreeRTOS technology, using ST company's devices, the design of motor control driver with real-time operating system is realized. This paper mainly includes hardware design, software design, experimental verification. It can not only make use of the processor resources effectively and reasonably, but also make the control driver have the performance of operating system, modularization and reconfiguration, simplify the design of application software, shorten the development cycle of application, and ensure the control accuracy and stability of the system. The motor control driver based on arm and FreeRTOS has the characteristics of fast dynamic response, high reliability, good real-time performance and strong anti-interference ability.
