An integrated airborne Actuator Control Electronics (ACE) based on FPGA of the Electro-Mechanical Actuator has been designed to control the cargo door motion.
This paper illustrates the constitution of the ACE and introduces the designing method of parallel processing logic. In the experimental part, a prototype motor driver is designed and tested on loading platform with linear actuator. The results show that the cargo door is precisely controlled for closing, the amplitudes of DC bus current and phase current are within the specified range, working states and their transition logics are reasonable.
