Aiming at the problems of difficult installation, low efficiency and low automation of equipment in the process of aircraft maintenance, this paper designs an aero-engine installation platform based on hydraulic scissors frame lifting mechanism. This paper designs an aero-engine mounting platform on account of hydraulic shear mechanism. This installation platform is able to achieve front-back left-right up-down and adjust position with platform movement hydraulic scissors frame lifting mechanism and translation mechanism. It can meet the requirements of assembling and entering in aviation engine and has the gift for high accuracy with adjusting position high level of automation high install efficiency. What’s more, it is able to achieve transport in the factory of engine. In a word, this study can provide reference to create and product intelligent install equipment for aero-engine.
