In the future, helicopters will achieve more functional purposes, including carrying airborne equipment for high-power loads and flying in more complex and changeable environments. This development trend poses new challenges to helicopter electromechanical system. This paper proposes an improved energy management configuration of the electromechanical system, builds a comprehensive simulation model, and performs simulation calculations of the entire system and the entire flight process. And completed the multi-energy flow simulation calculation analysis based on exergy analysis of the entire electromechanical system, and found that the energy efficiency of the improved structure was significantly improved.
