With the increasing number of data center, the lighting energy consumption cannot be ignored. Ordinary light-emitting diode (LED) lighting circuits have problems such as low power factor and large harmonics. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a high power factor LED driver circuit. The main circuit and control circuit are designed, and the main parameters in the circuit are analyzed and calculated. The main circuit includes a power factor correction (PFC), a boost chopper circuit (Boost circuit), and a flyback converter circuit. The control circuit includes PFC control and constant voltage, constant current control. PFC control uses TEA1751 chip to form voltage and current double loop control to achieve power factor correction. Constant voltage and constant current control use the AP4310 chip to control the output voltage. At the same time, the design circuit was simulated in the MATLAB/SIMULIKE environment. As a result, the LED constant current driving circuit has the characteristics of high power factor, small output ripple and isolated output. The feasibility and reliability of the LED constant current drive circuit design were confirmed and the intended purpose was achieved.
