In view of the current development status of distributed renewable energy and the energy consumption characteristics of industrial parks, this paper proposes an AC/DC hybrid power system based on power electronic transformer (PET), which includes high-distribution distributed. Renewable energy, a variety of AC and DC loads and energy storage. In this paper, the system grid structure is designed and analyzed, and two 1MW PET back-to-back connection grid structure schemes are adopted, which have the functions of mutual support, high flexibility, reliability and economy, and are convenient for redundant expansion. As the core equipment in the system, PET analyzed its structural characteristics in detail, and combined with the demonstration project to complete the test of PET system efficiency and current harmonic distortion rate. The test results are: the system efficiency is up to 96.87%, the total harmonic distortion rate of the current(THDi) is at least 0.71%, and the system efficiency is not less than 95% and the THDi is not more than 3%. Through the automatic optimization function test of the AC/DC hybrid power system, the highest efficiency of the system is obtained, with a maximum of 97.5%. The research results in this paper can provide reference for the design and construction of more new industrial parks in the future, with extensive reproducibility and scalability.
