Energy system is one of the key technologies of aircraft. The performance of the energy system has an important influence on whether the aircraft can fly normally and achieve the scheduled mission [1]-[2].According to the management requirements of high-power aircrafts for distributed circular energy system, the research on efficient energy system management and control technology is carried out. In this paper, a hierarchical control strategy is proposed, which integrates step-by-step voltage regulation control, current limiting charging control, constant current output control and MPPT (maximum power point tracking) control. It can realize the global optimal control of the distributed system and the optimal power scheduling of the aircraft energy. The power control unit (PCU) developed in this paper is equipped with a 234v-328v high voltage bus, with a rated power of 15kw, a circuit efficiency of more than 97%, and a power density of more than 750W/kg. Based on the distributed architecture and hierarchical control strategy, PCU verifies the correctness and effectiveness of efficient energy system management and control technology.
