Based on the key technology of wireless communication systems-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM), an efficient joint algorithm is proposed. We exploit a training sequence to estimate the integer frequency offset and channel parameters, and lower the peak-to-average power ratio by using the data of the training sequence as the coefficients of partial transmit sequence (PTS) algorithm. Results of simulations indicate that this method can simultaneously realize frequency synchronization, channel estimation and the low peak-to-average power ratio by using one training sequence. The OFDM system with the proposed algorithm has better BER performance and can be implemented with improved validity and reduced redundancy information.
