According to physical reaction to vibration, this paper proposes a method of vibration testing and evaluation of chair-electromotor based on frequency band analysis. First, vibration acceleration is calculated on the basis of sampled signal of displacement. Second exposure time during which body can endure under the vibration environment is obtained by adopting one-third octave respective evaluation to process vibration acceleration signal. At last, the length of exposed time is regarded as the basis for selecting eligible chair-electromotor to ensure the comfort of automobile chair.
