We instigate a novel multiple input and multiple output (MIMO) digital modulation technique called multi-carrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) in which data symbols are transmitted at multiple subcarriers for wireless multimedia communications. The system model and analytical results will be presented on the performance of this modulation scheme in the downlink of the wireless networking. In addition, a simplified implementation of the system by using sparse matrix is proposed to reduce the complexity of the realization. (4 pages)
