We demonstrate for the first time a 105 GBaud coherent transmission using a CMOS digital to analog converter. Using variable probabilistically shaped constellations we obtain a maximal mutual information of 4.4 bit per symbol per polarization and demonstrate successful transmission beyond 800 Gb/s channel over 570 km.
