Net rate of 1-Tbps/λ with a spectral efficiency of 10-bps/Hz is generated by maximizing achievable information rate with baud rate optimization and probabilistically shaped (PS) signal. A C-band WDM transmission over 100-km with 41-WDM 96-GBd PS-256QAM signals in 100-GHz grid is successfully demonstrated.
