Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) has an effective function for power supply. For a further reliability, cross feed structure is always designed. In this paper, photovoltaic and energy storage are introduced in the cell DC supply for a H-Bridge Cascaded Multi Level DVR, which could overcome the shortage of the Diode uncontrolled rectifier circuit. DC/DC converter and the control is designed for the power and voltage regulation. To validate it, a simulation model is established in MATLAB/SIMULINK. The results are satisfactory.
