In this paper, experimental measurements are presented to quantify the dynamic range of the signal amplitude in an electric-optical-electric conversion system, considering microwave signals in the 6-18 GHz band. The results have showed an amplitude input-output dynamics equal to about 80 dB in a 10 MHz noise bandwidth, with negligible intermodulation phenomena in microwave signal detection.
