Aircraft braking system is essential to the safety of aircrafts and passengers. Traditional aircraft brake systems have some problems: dependence on the hydraulic energy from EDP; low reliability of complex hydraulic lines all over the landing gear, extra take-off weight brought by hydraulic lines, which could lead to aircraft accidents in severe cases. In this paper, an integrated pressure servo device based on double switching valves is proposed, whose operating mode is similar to that of ERA on the surface of civil aircrafts. Compared with the traditional aircraft brake system, extra hydraulic pipelines are canceled, and only electric is needed, which has great advantages in safety, reliability and economy. In this paper, the design and simulation of the braking system were introduced, the prototype was designed, which indicated the future development of this device is prospected.
