Electromechanical actuation system(EMAS) is widely applied in Aircraft under the background of More Electric Aircraft(MEA). A lightweight integrated four-channel electromechanical actuation system with rapid response and high power density is designed and developed according to the high level disturbance moment and limited space. The following are introduced in this paper: (1) the principle and constitution of the EMAS; (2) the design and simulation of the EMAS; (3) the experiments of the EMAS.
