This paper presents the design and application of a free-space measurement system operating at W-band (75-110 GHz). The setup consists of two horn antennas connected to a network analyser, and two dielectric lenses that are used to obtain a collimated beam at the measurement plane. The potential applications are multiple, including characterisation of dielectric materials, and measurement of the transmission and reflection parameters of quasioptical components.
