Editor-in-Chief on HTL's first year
It is hard to believe that a year has gone by since the launch of HTL and we already have five issues published! The response to HTL since we launched has been phenomenal – the number of submissions we receive has been on the increase from the start and we are thankful to our reviewers that have been able to turn around their reports so quickly whilst maintaining a high quality of review and feedback. In these issues we have papers that range from new algorithmic techniques for extracting information in various physiological data-sources, to novel sensing and hardware platforms, applied to a wide range of disease and healthcare conditions...
