A novel millimetre-wave CPW bandpass filter implemented with the wafer transfer technology has been realised. An insertion loss of 1.2 dB, a return loss of 16 dB centred at 26 GHz and a fractional bandwidth of 12% have been achieved. Good agreement has been achieved between the measured data and simulated results.
