A data-driven frequency-domain echo canceller for full-duplex data transmission with Zipper discrete multitone modulation is presented. It is shown that echo cancellation leads to a substantial increase in the aggregate throughput of the system while the implementational complexity is kept to a minimum of one complex multiplier per FFT output.
