High-accuracy vector-difference and vector-sum circuits
By combining the exact nonlinear capabilities of translinear circuits with the high-gain, low-input-offset, load-driving and level-shifting properties of op-amps, analogue computing structures of great power and precision can be realised. This point is illustrated by circuits which compute the root sum of squares and root difference of squares.
