The phase array consists in two gold patch antennas, phase shifters and additional circuitry, all integrated on Hf x Zr1−x O2/high-resistivity silicon 4 inch wafer. The radiation beam at 2.55 GHz is steered with 25° when the 7 nm-thick ferroelectric is biased with ±1 V. %@ 0013-5194 %T 2.55 GHz miniaturised phased antenna array based on 7 nm-thick Hf x Zr1 x O2 ferroelectrics %B Electronics Letters %D April 2018 %V 54 %N 8 %P 469-470 %I Institution of Engineering and Technology %U https://digital-library.theiet.org/;jsessionid=45a57r1byjud.x-iet-live-01content/journals/10.1049/el.2018.0111 %G EN
