Robust design of measurement matrix for CS-MIMO radar in clutter
A robust design method is proposed to optimise the measurement matrix for a compressive sensing multiple-input multiple-output (CS-MIMO) radar system in the presence of clutter. The robustness to the proposed measurement matrix design is conducted against uncertainty on the target angle using a max–min optimisation problem to maximise the worst-case signal-to-clutter-plus-noise ratio. The numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in CS-MIMO radar.
