A new active feedback network is proposed for amplifier linearization. The technique is analyzed theoretically and practical results demonstrate the linearization performance with two-tones, π/4 DQPSK and W-CDMA. This technique differs from available linearization techniques by performing both with narrow and wideband modulated signals. Also the linearization circuitry is simple and small in size.
